This dessert of Chocolate Cake and Passionfruit Yoghurt Icecream was so simple to make.
1 Coffee Mug (large mug) 4 tablespoons flour(that’s plain flour, not self-rising) 4 tablespoons sugar 2 tablespoonsbaking cocoa 1 egg 3 tablespoons milk 3 tablespoons oil 3 tablespoons chocolate chips (optional) some nuts (optional) Small splash of vanilla
All ingredients were mixed in a cup, then put in the microwave for 2 minutes!
I also sprinkled some icing sugar on top – as if it wasn’t sweet enough! 🙂
